The Rockview Dam

The Rockview Dam is a zoned earth-fill/rock-fill type dam on the Palmiet River. It was established in 1986 mainly for storage purposes. The height of the wall is 48 m, and the length is 1300 m. The capacity of the dam is 16,400,000 m³. The surface area is 73 hectares.
