The Rockview Dam

The Rockview Dam is a zoned earth-fill/rock-fill type dam on the Palmiet River. It was established in 1986 mainly for storage purposes. The height of the wall is 48 m and the length is 1300 m. The capacity of the dam is 16,400,000 m³. The surface area is 73 hectares.
