Parklands is a large residential suburb in Cape Town’s northern coastal area, close to beaches and major transport routes. The suburb offers easy access to shopping centres, schools, and nearby coastal attraction

Parklands is a suburb of Cape Town located along the West Coast corridor north of the city centre. It lies inland from Bloubergstrand and Tableview, south of Sunningdale, and north of Milnerton. The suburb forms part of the rapidly developing northern coastal suburbs, with convenient access to beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and major routes linking the area to the City centre.

History of Parklands

This is a relatively new suburb bordering Tableview. It is a fast-growing area and is the suburb of choice for many immigrants.

The suburb is centrally located and within easy reach of Cape Town’s regions and attractions. Parklands has great views of the iconic Table Mountain. It is, however, away from the hustle and bustle, making it a more peaceful neighbourhood that is more affordable than areas closer to the city. It is also one of the fastest-growing areas with plenty of shops, malls, healthcare, and entertainment venues. There are several beaches quite close by.
