Glencairn Tidal Pool
Tidal pool in Glencairn
The Glencairn tidal pool close to the station can easily be spotted from the train that runs between Simon’s Town and Cape Town. The walls of the pool were built in the 1920’s. These walls portion it off from the ocean. The pool is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The sandy, white beach is also great for sunbathing.
