Milton Beach in Sea Point on the Atlantic Ocean is one of a small number of beaches in front of the Sea Point Promenade. You can stroll along the shoreline. The beach has a tidal pool and an accessible rocky pool filled with seawater and marine life. It has picnic tables and lots of space, perfect for a long day at the beach.
Shells can often be found on this beach, especially after winter storms and low tide. If you plan to collect shells, please follow local regulations and take only empty shells. Shell identification guide
