Garden Route Birds of Prey Rehab Centre is a CapeNature-permitted non-profit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and educating.
The Garden Route Birds of Prey Rehab Centre is located within the botanical gardens. Our primary goal is to rehabilitate, release and return these birds to the wild. Since standard veterinary clinics often lack resources for prolonged care, we established a specialized facility to meet their unique needs in the Garden Route.
For birds unable to return to the wild due to injuries or trauma, we provide lifelong care and include them in educational programs. We raise awareness and promote conservation efforts through centre tours and community outreach.
