City Rock

City Rock isCape Town’s centre for all rock climbing activities. Indoor rock climbing gives you the experience of climbing rocks in a controlled and safer environment. Please note that if your child is under 13 years old you will need to make a booking for a day pass on our website – this is to make sure you have all the necessary information to keep the little ones safe during your visit.

This 3600m2 indoor climbing gym has walls for different types of climbing, either solo or with a partner. CityRock allows youngsters aged 5 – 12 on its climbing walls in the dedicated Kids Zone. Children under 16 years must have an adult/parent accompanying them. We also offer courses so parents and children can learn to climb safely.
