Broken Baths Beach

Beach in Sea Point

Broken Bath Beach is one of the seven Sea Point Beaches running from Mouille Point in the north, to Bantry Bay in the south. Broken bath each is the closest one to the Sea Point public swimming pool and Sea Point Pavilion.

Parking is available along the promenade and in the side streets, but these fill up quickly. When the weather is good  Broken Bath Beach is a great place for children to play in the rock pools or broken tidal pools.

Swimming in the open water isn’t safe and it is better to stay within the many rock pools or the tidal pool at Milton Beach.

Shells can often be found on this beach, especially after winter storms and low tide. If you plan to collect shells, please follow local regulations and take only empty shells. Shell identification guide
