Do not spray bees with insecticide unless there is immediate danger. Relocation is preferred and protects local pollinators.

What To Do If You Find a Bee Swarm
- Keep a distance (at least 10 metres)
- Keep children and pets inside
- Do not throw water, stones, or objects
- Do not use Doom, insect spray, or fire
- Close nearby windows and doors
- Phone a beekeeper — most swarms move within 24–72 hours

Call urgently if:
- Bees enter a house or a roof
- Someone is allergic
- The swarm is in a school or public space
If Someone Is Stung
- Move away from the swarm immediately
- Remove visible stingers (scrape, don’t pinch)
- Wash with soap and water
- Apply a cold compress
- Seek medical help if swelling spreads, breathing difficulty, dizziness, or many stings occur
