Colourdots directory for suburban entrepreneurs. This site is for customers to search for and support local small businesses. It is also a resource to showcase interesting things to do and places to see in your own area, learn a little history, and find a list of useful contact numbers.

Copyright notice

Anyone with goods or services to sell may list. Listings are not for one-off items or events.
There are various options. Listing can be FREE or LINKED. There are also banners on the location pages. Your number can be added to the “useful numbers” list with the option to hyperlink these phone numbers.

Fees: Please refer to our rates page to find fees for the various ways to list on this platform. Fees are not refundable
This is a directory specifically but not exclusively for small suburban businesses including home industries and independent enterprises.

Free directory listings:

List your enterprise for free. This listing has space for limited information. Your listing will be up for one year after which you will get a notification to renew it or delete it. This is to keep the listings up to date. You may not add any URLs to your description.

Linked directory listings:

This listing is directly linked to your other internet pages such as a website, Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram, or others. Your linked listing is valid for one year after which you will get a notification to renew. If your listing is not renewed it will automatically be relegated to a free listing status.

Rules for directory submissions:

• The content of the listing may not contravene any relevant laws including but not only the consumer protection laws.
• Listings must be truthful, and verifiable with complete and unambiguous information. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
• Listings may not be obscene, pornographic, or indecent. The content may not be abusive or able to be construed to incite or be harmful to others. The selling of live animals is prohibited.
• Listings may not be false, misleading, or infringe on any third party rights.
• The listings may not contain spam nor may they promote pyramid schemes or network marketing.
• You may not impose an unreasonable load on the site infrastructure to interfere with the function of Colourdots nor may you distribute viruses or any technology which could harm Colourdots or our users.
• You may not scrape or use any automated means to access or harvest information for any reason without permission from Colourdots.
• You may not use the information provided on the listings for any other purpose than for the use of their services.
• Colourdots is indemnified against any abuse by users of the website
• This site is a useful resource and the site is owned, and all intellectual property within the site is owned exclusively by Colourdots.
• The content may not be copied, published or sold either in its entirety or in a modified form.
• Colourdots requests that in the case of factual errors you please inform us at orders@colourdots.co.zaAlthough Colourdots maintains a high standard of accuracy in all documentation, We do not accept responsibility for any inadvertent errors or inaccuracies in the description of products or businesses. 
• If there are images used inadvertently that have copyrights, please contact us and they will be removed.
• Listing content is uploaded in good faith. All listings are owned by the persons or businesses that have uploaded it. No liability in any form will be accepted by Colourdots and its associates. Please report any content that is abusive or causes offense. orders@colourdots.co.za
• Colourdots reserves the right to discontinue the website without notice and does not guarantee anything either represented or implied in the listings.
• Colourdots carries no liability for the information or goods and services using the Colourdots platform. Colourdots accepts no liability for losses of business nor of loss of data or software.
• In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
• Through this website, you can link to other websites which are not under the control of Colourdots. We have no control over the nature, content, and availability of those sites.
