The Cooking Theatre offers an immersive and cutting-edge experience somewhat different from standard restaurant dining. Tables are positioned to offer a view of everything happening in the kitchen, combining fine dining with experimental moments. Here is a unique setting where the patrons and the chef mix in the same space. Much of our food is foraged, and we use only the freshest seasonal ingredients to make up our menu items. This means that our menu changes continuously.
