The South African Cheese Festival is a celebration of cheese and more, held annually in April in Stellenbosch. A variety of stalls with a large selection of cheeses are set up. You will get a chance to milk a cow and see how butter and cottage cheese are made. Some of South Africa’s top chefs are seen at the festival.
