Rooisand Nature Reserve is a wetland within the Kogelberg Nature Reserve. It borders the Bot River lagoon just 5 km from Kleinmond. The vlei has a wheelchair-friendly path winding through it. In this reserve, you can get a glimpse of the herd of wild hoses that can be seen grazing on the marshy land or galloping about on the dunes.
