The Round House
Lord Charles Somerset used the area around Camp’s Bay for hunting and used the Roundhouse as his lodge. It was built in 1848. Originally a completely round structure. There was a time that it was a hotel, it burned down in 1860 and again in 1923. It has been fully restored, and today it is an exclusive restaurant. There is a tour of the building, which is a national monument, the tour includes stories of the area and the original occupants.
