Hout Bay Beach
The Hout Bay beach is a kilometre-long white sandy stretch. The protected bay is safe for swimming and suntanning, There is room for a game of beach volleyball, touch rugby, beach cricket, jogging, or flying a kite. The Hout Bay River cuts through the middle of Hout Bay Beach after meandering from the top of Table Mountain down to the Hout Bay wetlands and beach estuary.
