Frank’s Bay Beach
Frank’s Bay Beach, close to Boulders, is a small rocky cove between granite boulders. These boulders that border the beach protect it from the wind, so the water is usually calm, and ocean kayaking, fishing, and snorkelling are popular here. The shallow rock pools are great for children to explore and splash about. Ablution facilities are available here. There is no specific parking area for the beach, so it is suggested that visitors park opposite Fisherman’s Beach and take the short walk to Franks.
Shells can often be found on this beach, especially after winter storms and low tide. If you plan to collect shells, please follow local regulations and take only empty shells. Shell identification guide
