Eerstesteen Beach
Eersteen Beach is within the Blaauwberg Conservation Area. Experience unspoiled natural surroundings with unique ecological, cultural and historical value set against the backdrop of Table Mountain. This reserve is home to 559 plant species, 45 mammal species, 30 species of reptiles, 30 species of butterflies, and 169 bird species.
You can paddle out for a surf or windsurfing or take a stroll and enjoy some bird watching.
Picnic and braai facilities are available here; however, no gas braais or portable braais. No alcohol is allowed in the facility, and no music is to be played. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at Eerstesteen Beach. Parking is permitted only in designated areas..
