Museum in Villiersdorp
Dagbreek Museum (circa 1845) is the only National Monument in Villiersdorp. It serves as the Tourism Information Centre, Art Gallery and Museum. The magnificent old house was rescued from developers by the Villiersdorp Trust in 1986. Dagbreek is one of the few remaining examples of buildings showing a ‘wolfneus‘ (wolf nose) gable.
Included is a fine art gallery where regular exhibitions showcase the work of many local artists.
