Clovelly Golf Course dates back to 1934. It was officially established as a 9-hole course by the Kaplan family. Over time it has eevolved into the 18-hole championship course it is today. It is surrounded by national parks and scenic views, Clovelly Country Club is one of Cape Town’s most popular and exciting parkland golf courses. Our friendly staff will welcome you like family. The course was designed by the renowned golf course architect Robert Grimsdell. The par-72 layout is known for its balance of challenge and beauty over 5,869 meters
Between the members and visitors, some 60,000 rounds are played on the golf course each year. It is therefore necessary to plan and book your rounds in advance. despite the number of rounds being high, the course is consistently in good condition and is well known for its superb greens.
