Bellville Velodrome is a 250-meter, multi-purpose indoor techtonic velodrome. The venue used to be Cape Town’s main concert venue, but the Cape Town Stadium has now replaced it. Its maximum capacity for a cycling competition would range from 5 to 8,000 spectators
