De Kelders, meaning” the caves or the Cellars” is in the Overberg region of the Western Cape. It is famous for the crayfish festival and the Perlemoen which is farmed at Dangerpoint. The settlement is famed for its seafood.
The De Kelders cave is the only coastal freshwater cave and is a safe swimming area.
